Records of student attendance are required by law for church schools.  Essential allows parents/teachers to report daily attendance through several different formats, although complete reports are to be submitted by June 30th of each school year.  These reports are also required upon withdrawal during the school year.

All formats are available for school use, but please use the End of the Year online form especially if withdrawing or transferring to a new school in the middle of the school year.

Print and mark each day school is completed on the form.  Mail or scan/email when your school days are completed for the school year.
