End of the Year Attendance Reporting

Only use this form if you have completed ALL your school days for the 2012-2013 school year.  Please note that there is no way to save your work for later.  We hope we can offer something like that in the future.  If you would like to submit attendance on a monthly or quarterly basis, please return to the Attendance Reporting page for more details.
