Comedian/scientist Bill Nye stars as the genial host of this popular, fast-moving show designed to get kids interested in the science of everyday, and some not-so-everyday, things. Covering a wide range of subjects including ecology, biology, chemistry and physics, Nye gives an easy-to-understand, yet informative lesson that both kids and parents can enjoy. You have to deal with a few advertisements, but this is a great resource for science studies and is fairly ad-free once you get to the actual video.
