Tuition

To complete enrollment, the yearly family tuition must be received. Use the options below to pay online or communicate with us your method of payment. We do not prorate tuition for late or midyear enrollments.

Please note that on August 1st we will enter our Late Registration period and a $25 late fee will be added to the tuition costs. Registration will completely close on August 31st. Midyear Registration (in December) will include the late fee.

Please make all payments payable to Essential Church School. If your payment is not received by August 1st, the $25 late fee will be required. Payments should be mailed to Essential Church School, PO Box 382034, Birmingham, AL 35238-2034 for receipt BEFORE August 31st to avoid cancellation of your application. Please Note: We will be unable to confirm enrollment until payment is received and processed. AFTER August 31st, we will cancel your enrollment application if we have not received your tuition payment.

We will gladly email you an invoice for the tuition due. You will still be able to pay online later. Please Note: We are unable to confirm enrollment until payment is received and processed. Payment MUST be received BEFORE September 1st. AFTER August 31, your application and invoice will be voided.
