If you are withdrawing from Essential within the school year or at the end of the school year,

• Send a letter or email stating your intent to withdraw, and please let us know where to send your student’s files.
• Your attendance record is required upon withdrawal.
• Please complete and send to Essential Church School, PO Box 382034, Birmingham, AL  35238-2034, or complete the Online Attendance Record provided on the website.
• You can download or find the online form on the Forms Page.
• If you have completed the school year and submitted your attendance, there is no need to re-submit your attendance.
• Please note that tuition is not refunded or prorated for early withdrawal.  This is due to the extra amount of paperwork and office time required to process withdrawals.
